There is an additional $25 fee for appraisals based on a hypothetical situations such as:
- Proposed new construction appraised from plans
- Only valuing the improvements and first 5 acres of a property or
- The value if the planning zone were to be changed
Appraisal consultation, including expert witness, is billed at $60 per hour.
Other work, inspections, or forms (CIR & 442) are fee by quote.
Luxury estate, historical, complex properties (i.e. Multiple improvements, multiple tax lots, or parcels larger then 5 acres) or loans with a transaction amount of over $250,000 command an additional $100 fee.
